Summer Workouts

Most Saturdays from May 18–August 31, 2024, Millennium Park provides a unique outdoor studio where Chicagoans and visitors alike can be energized in the form of Summer Workouts. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, guests can enjoy free 45-minute classes on the Great Lawn including yoga, strength training, Pilates, and Zumba®. Sessions are accompanied by live music or local DJs playing the latest tracks. Support for these workouts is provided by McDonald’s Active Lifestyles Endowment, managed by the Millennium Park Foundation.

Millennium Park Summer Workouts will return in person on the Great Lawn. ASL interpretation will be provided for all workouts. Participants are asked to bring their own workout mat.

Summer Workouts schedule will be as follows:

  • 8–8:45am Pilates
  • 9–9:45am Yoga
  • 10–10:45am Cardio Kickboxing
  • 11–11:45pm Zumba®
