From June through September, Millennium Park provides a unique outdoor studio where Chicagoans and visitors alike can be energized in the form of Summer Workouts. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, guests can enjoy free 45-minute classes on the Great Lawn including yoga, strength training, Pilates, and Zumba®. Sessions are accompanied by live music or local DJs playing the latest tracks. Support for these workouts is provided by McDonald’s Active Lifestyles Endowment, managed by the Millennium Park Foundation.
Millennium Park Summer Workouts will return in person on the Great Lawn. ASL interpretation will be provided for all workouts.
Summer Workouts schedule will be as follows:
- Tai Chi 8:30-9:15am
- Yoga 9:30-10:15am
- Pilates 10:30-11:15am
- Zumba 11:30-12:15pm
